CERTIFICATE COURSE IN INTRODUCTION TO CULINARY

ELIGIBILITY:

10TH Pass, 12TH Pass or Equivalent Diploma (10+2)

COURSE DURATION:

3 months course with 2 classes in a week for 3 hours each day

20 + years of experience in Culinary under hospitality sector ranging from Cruise liners, Five star hotels through A class restaurants.

COURSE CONTENT:

Live cooking, Food and Wine pairing, Plating and presentation skills
